Pricing and Scope

Prices listed are to clean the average similar sized  space within a certain amount of time. A walk through will be completed prior to the first clean to determine if additional cleaning which reflects in higher cost is needed.

  • 1 Bedroom  / 1 Bath: Starting at $150

  • 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath: Starting at $175

  • 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath: Starting at $200

  • 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath: Starting at $225

  • 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath: Starting at $250

    Our Scope of work includes:
     

  • Living Areas & Bedrooms:

  • Dusting of surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and décor.

  • Vacuuming and mopping all floors.

  • Dust and clean baseboards as applicable

  • Spot cleaning of walls, outlet and light covers.

  • Kitchen:

  • Wiping down countertops and appliances.

  • Cleaning the stovetop, microwave, and exterior of cabinets.

  • Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor.

  • Emptying trash bins and replacing liners.

  • Bathrooms:

  • Cleaning and disinfecting sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs.

  • Polishing mirrors and chrome fixtures.

  • Wiping down counters and cabinet exteriors.

  • Mopping bathroom floors.

Deep Clean - This is a service that every home should have done each quarter at a minimum.

  • 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath: Starting at $300

  • 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath: Starting at $350

  • 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath: Starting at $400

  • 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath: Starting at $450

  • 5 Bedroom / 4 Bath: Starting at $500

    This  Scope of work includes everything in the Standard Clean as well as:

  • In-Depth Dusting & Vacuuming:

  • High and low dusting, including ceiling fans, baseboards, and vents.

  • Vacuuming upholstered furniture and under cushions.

  • Detailed Kitchen Cleaning:

  • Scrubbing grout and backsplashes.

  • Cleaning inside the oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

  • Wiping down cabinet interiors and exteriors.

  • Bathroom Refresh:

  • Scrubbing tile grout and deep cleaning of all bathroom surfaces.

  • Descaling and polishing of all shower heads, faucets, and drains.

Move In / Out- Perfect for those transitioning in or out of a home, condo or other space.  Our Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning ensures the space is spotless for its next chapter:

  • Comprehensive Cleaning:

  • Full cleaning of all rooms, including closets, inside cabinets, and drawers.

  • Cleaning all interior windows and sills. (tracks are additional cost)

  • Cleaning of all doors, light switches, and baseboards.

  • Dust window blinds

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all floors.

  • Spot cleaning of walls to remove any marks or scuffs.

  • Detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning, including appliances.

Post Construction

Post Construction Clean -After a renovation or construction project, our Post-Construction Cleaning makes your space move-in ready with a total de-dusting!

  • Dust & Debris Removal:

  • Thorough dusting of all surfaces, including ceilings, walls, and light fixtures.

  • Removal of construction debris, sawdust, and residue from all areas.

  • Detailed Surface Cleaning:

  • Polishing of all surfaces, including countertops, tiles, and glass.

  • Cleaning of all vents, light fixtures, and switches.

  • Wiping down walls, baseboards, and doors to remove any remaining dust.

  • Floor Cleaning:

  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping of all flooring types.

  • Special attention to corners, edges, and transitions between rooms.
